Creating courses from your content
QuackPath builds personalized study material from content
you provide: paste or type text, scan a page with the
camera, pick a photo, share text or files from another app,
or describe a situation by typing or speaking. Photo and
scan text recognition happens on your device — only the
recognized text is sent to build the course. Please only
add content that you own, have permission to use, or are
allowed to use for personal study; courses are private to
your account. If a course is still preparing, refresh the
library or try again in a moment — generation runs in the
background and resumes automatically if your connection
drops.
AI tutor and voice features
The AI voice tutor lets you practice real conversations in
the language you are learning. It needs microphone
permission; your speech is transcribed to power the
conversation and recordings are not kept on our servers.
Tutor replies are AI-generated and can occasionally be
wrong, so double-check anything important. If the mic
button does not respond, check that QuackPath has
microphone access in your device's system settings.
Notifications
QuackPath can request notification permission to alert you
when a course is ready or when a review is due, timed to a
reasonable hour in your local time zone. If alerts are
missing, check your device's notification settings for
QuackPath and confirm notifications are turned on inside
the app.
Subscriptions
QuackPath Plus is sold through the App Store. To restore a
purchase, open the app and tap Restore on
the QuackPath Plus screen. To cancel or change billing,
open Settings -> Apple ID ->
Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app
does not cancel a subscription.
Data and privacy requests
You can delete your QuackPath account directly in
Settings -> My Data. For help with
access, export, correction, or deletion of personal data,
email
support@quackpath.com
from the address tied to your account so we can verify the
request.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content stored through QuackPath infringes
your copyright, email
support@quackpath.com
with the subject "Copyright complaint". The details we need
are listed in the
Terms of Service. We remove or
disable access to infringing material and terminate the
accounts of repeat infringers.
Reporting a problem
If something is broken, please include your device model,
OS version, app version (visible in
Settings -> About), and a brief
description of what happened and what you expected. That
helps us diagnose the issue quickly.
